Users reviews on apps

Hello everyone,

Getting a good review depends, in a large part, on your app performance. If satisfactory, then you have great chances of getting a five star qualification or a nice review. The same thing happens if your app has a bad performance, you will not get good reviews.

However, there are other factors that intervene in the user decision of giving a positive or a negative review.

Tell us, what do you think about this issue, what makes you get a good review and the importance of this?

As stated above, having my apps thouroghly gone over and tested is a good start, being sure the end user has an easy and enjoyable experience. Although knowing that not every condition or instance can be predicted, there are bound to be bugs or issues that appear through usage. Following user comments and ratings helps find and attend to those isues, and if done in a quick manner, improves the usability of my app and creating a better user experience. With the user applying more trust in my app.
So in my opinion being sure to listen to the users and fix or update functionality regularly would not only keep reviews good, but improve my app as well generating more good reviews. In short I would build and test a reliably functional app, present it in a way the end user is easily targeted, listen to and take comments from the users. As well using those comments to repair bugs and improve functionality.
